Be very careful. Smeared and Smudged 'Void' Hop

This scary looking chap is Amulet from Rick St. Dennis and you can find the image here on Rick's Zibbet site. He was great fun to colour as Rick draws crosshatching where the shading could go.
The hand drawn image has been printed onto neenah, coloured with promarkers, frame, script and background made in mcs.
This is my entry for today's hop over at The Smeared and Smudged site. A one day hop, the subject is 'Void'. I hope you will visit the 'hoppers', the projects are going to be very striking and unusual.

It was a beautiful day yesterday so we were working in the garden again. We stopped for a cuppa sitting on the swing. A poem by Colin...
Being old we do not run
Instead we sit here in the sun
watching the buzzards overhead
are they wondering if we're dead?
No my husbands not departed
It's just the smell
from when he .....

Oh dear, MEN!!
