Don't forget to visit the amazing blogs taking part in the hop.. there could be some prizes on the way if you leave some awesome comments. We all look forward so much each year to this wonderful 31 day of creepiness....

Chuckles the Handy-Creep had been hard at work. She had brought her cleaning rats with her and jars of the stuff the Crime Scene Cleanup Crews use but there was so much blood. As she cleaned an area so more blood appeared... almost seeping up through the floor. One of the rats (Joe) who was more used to these situations set out to gather supplies. He stopped off at Lyneen's cottage for a snack. Vern had dropped in with a basket of the most wonderful cupcakes which she surreptitiously  moved from table to chair away from dirty whiskers. Lyneen offered the rest of the potion left over from last year's battle which the were-rabbit had left in her shed.. hoping it would help if the cleaning potion was more of an XL size. The two Susan's agreed to add vegetables to the XL potion just to make it go further and snuck in the cleaning cupboard to add it to all the cleaning products without reading the instructions to just use two drops per gallon.
Back in the sleeping room Chuckles was gradually getting rid of the DB's (Dust Bunnies) by shining magnifying lenses onto them and watching them smoulder and not in a good way.
Who would look at those grey washed out furballs, who would give them names? Does anyone name their dustbunnies now-a-days or even admit to having them? The sleepers didn't even mind them scurrying around the floor.. didn't even try to hoover them up. In fact, after Mary's last visit there seemed to be more (perhaps it wasn't going to be so easy for Thumps, Bumps etc to take over the sleeping room) and the Peck's book of Beasts had been found in her attic!
And yet the DB's were the deadliest creatures of the sleeping room and the Handy-Creep was slowly getting rid..
